INSTRUCTION MANUAL:1. Place a size AA battery in the back of the fan appropriately.
2. Tighten up the battery cover securely.
3. Pour your favorate scent or cologne into the center of the propeller, using the syringe provided (one or two drips).
4. Press the switch on the tail activates the propeller, generating a wind with the scent of your choice.
5. The string is used so you can hang the fan from your neck and is adjus table using the stopper.
